Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To work as the finance partner to the Director and management team of the Manpower Business Unit at Transguard Group, including Construction Services, Hospitality and Workforce Solutions. The successful candidate will work as an integral part of the team, challenge the status quo, be a sounding board to the business, provide proactive financial support, and ensure that the financial performance of the BU is consistently presented accurately in actuals, forecasts and budgets.

Requirements

- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Bachelors degree is essential
- Contracting industry experience with commercial acumen
- Financial modelling experience, as required for budgets, forecasts, analysis and pricing as well as experience in management report writing
