Role overview

This is a structured lending and syndications role with a strong emphasis on originating, structuring, and executing syndicated loans and complex financing transactions. The role requires a banker with deep experience in structured finance, leveraged finance, and asset-backed lending, bringing strong credit expertise and the ability to manage multi-lender deals end-to-end. While the core focus is on loan capital markets (c. 80u201390%), there will also be occasional exposure to equity-related mandatesu2014typically in the form of private placements, sell-downs, or staple financings in the context of M&A transactions. This is not an IPO-driven ECM role; rather, the expectation is to complement loan solutions with equity when appropriate. The successful candidate will act as a solutions-driven transaction banker, comfortable leading syndicated financings and advising clients across complex capital structures, particularly when deals involve a mix of debt and equity.
