Senior Manager - Fitout Delivery

What you'll deliver

- You'll plan and manage the successful design, execution, entry into service and contract management of assigned Dubai Airports' Fitout projects.
- You'll ensure that all projects are compliant with the relevant internal and external governance including a comprehensive post-implementation review.
- You'll continuously monitor and report the progress of the Fitout projects against the design master plan schedule in line with standard corporate reporting.
- You'll ensure compliance to all relevant QHSSE management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity.

Requirements

What you bring

- You'll be educated to a Degree Level in a discipline related to Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Project Management. Project Management qualification is preferable.
- You should have at least 10 years' experience in planning, design, procurement & construction in an operationally constrained environment, minimum 7 years of which is in airport construction.
- You'll have fitout construction experience within a Consultant and/or Contractor environment.
- You'll have a Professional Architect/Chartered or Incorporated Engineer (or international equivalent) accreditation by an appropriate professional body.
