About the Client:
A government organization in Dubai

Job Description:
- Develop and implement governance and risk management frameworks, monitor, and report risks, and integrate risk considerations into strategic planning.
- Contribute to achieving KPIs, develop operational plans and budgets, implement policies, and drive process improvements, digitization, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, oversee committee formation and management, and enhance awareness of governance and risk management systems.
- Manage recruitment, training, performance reviews, and compliance with health, safety, and information security policies.

- Male, 41 years old and below
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Organizational Resilience or relevant field
- Preferably with Master’s Degree and/or certifications – Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified in Organizational Resilience, OSHA, NEBOSH, and Certified Governance Professional (CGP), Business Continuity or relevant certification
- Must have at least 8 years of experience in governance and risk management and 2 years in managing a team
- Completed National Service or permanently exempt with proof.
