Job description / Role
A leading semi government company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Senior Manager of Innovation / Strategy to join their Group Strategy team.
This is a brand new role which will over see a team and ultimately will be responsible for developing and implementing a framework for innovation for the company. This role reports to the Executive Director of Strategy.
Requirements
- MBA graduate is preferred, coupled with a degree in a business related discipline
- 10 to 15 years experience within Group Strategy / PMO / Innovation
- 5 years experience of developing a framework for innovation, implementing the framework and managing budgets associated to this.
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- experience from a hospitality / leisure / Travel & Tourism sector background will be highly advantageous.
- experience in destination management with be advantageous
- UAE Nationals are preferred, but all candidates will be considered on their experience and ability to add value to the role.
