Senior Manager (IT Advisory) - Financial Services Sector

Job description / Role

Client is a leading Management Consulting Strategy Firm is growing their Financial Services Practice in Dubai and is looking to recruit Managers who have top tier strategy consulting experience in the FS & Banking. Candidates with a specialization in at least two of the following areas are preferred: Big Data, Advance Analytics, IT Transformation / IT Advisory and IT strategy.

The primary responsibility of the Senior Manager is to lead projects and develop business strategies and operations improvement plans throughout all stages of transformation projects. You will be responsible to support clients in identifying complex IT issues critical to the clients’ strategic & operating success and recommending approaches to address them.

You will also be act as a primary resource in assisting to develop innovative long term strategic plans focusing on top and bottom line for the FS industries within the ME region.

Responsibilities:
- Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Handles challenging situations and seeks solutions that address client’s issues
- Demonstrates expertise in financial modeling, valuation analysis, operational strategy plans
- IT Advisory level consulting within the FS industry for policies, procedures and frameworks implementation
- Delivering presentations
- Planning and managing the delivery of quality work by leading teams in a strategic consulting environment and be seen as a strong leader with excellent communication and client handling skills

Requirements

- Minimum 10- 12 years relevant experience showing progressive promotion in management consulting
- A Minimum of Bachelors’ degree
- Must have experience with Digital/ IT Transformation: Cloud Computing, Analytics Capability Assessment and Deployment etc.
- Track record in successful implementation of bringing change improvement at client or company
- Strong intellectual & analytical skills, ability to work in a team environment
- Possess tremendous drive, energy, positivity, ability to work autonomously and as a team player, and ability to be highly analytical and financially savvy.
- Must have excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Up to 100% travel.
