Senior Manager - Leadership Development (Upcoming)

What you'll deliver

- You'll enhance the organisation's ability to meet defined strategic objectives through the design, delivery and/or management of leadership development initiatives/programmes.
- You'll create and facilitate leadership development interventions across managers and heads of departments according to the leadership framework defined by the corporate and HRD strategy.
- You'll collaborate with the Talent and Training team to ensure that there is continuity in the development programmes offered to the employees across levels at DA.
- You'll report on progress and outcomes to leadership to ensure that career development opportunities are identified, prioritized, addressed and monitored.

Requirements

What you bring

- You'll be educated to a Degree Level in Psychology or HR Management. Master's degree in Occupational Psychology or equivalent is preferable.
- You should have at least 5 years' experience of facilitation and delivery of projects within the field of leadership development.
- You'll have some experience in working at a senior level and cross-functionally with demonstrable evidence of programme / project management.
- You'll have an International Coaching accreditation.
