Position Title: Senior Manager- Legislation & Legal Studies
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 51K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A government organization in Dubai

- Oversee the creation and review of laws, policies, and regulations, ensuring compliance with external legal requirements, and advocate for the organization’s interests in legislative matters.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including government agencies and legal experts, and represent the organization in industry forums and policy discussions.
- Assess and manage risks associated with external laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and addressing audit findings to minimize departmental risks.
- Contribute to recruitment, oversee performance management, and ensure adherence to policies, health, safety, and information security standards within the section.

- Open to UAE National
- 40 years old and below
- Atleast 8 years in Legal Legislation with atleast 2 years of managerial role experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Legal Studies
- Certified Legal Manager (CLM) or Certified Lawyer is prefered
- Must have family book.

Salary:
AED 51,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
