Position Title: Senior Manager – New Ventures

Salary: up to 43K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A government organization in Dubai.

- Lead the development and execution of departmental strategies, operational plans, financial budgets, and policies to align with organizational goals, ensuring compliance and fostering process improvements.
- Direct investment strategies, risk management frameworks, due diligence, and deal structuring, while identifying opportunities and supporting portfolio companies for sustained growth and market expansion.
- Oversee comprehensive market strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships to enhance value propositions, ensuring alignment with international growth objectives and business goals.
- Drive talent acquisition, performance management, compliance with health and safety policies, and audit resolution, maintaining a high-performance team and safeguarding information security.

- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, preferably with Master’s degree and professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent
- Must have at least 8 years of experience in investment management, commercial development, or a related field (at least 4 years in managing a team)
- With experience in international market development and managing cross-border investments.

Salary:
AED 35,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
