Job description

Refine and drive the global PSP (Payment System Provider) footprint strategy.
Collaborate and develop existing relationships across PSP partner network and ensure upkeep of solutions.
Manage all PSP onboarding and offboarding activities.
Establish and maintain robust processes and procedures to manage the PSP portfolio across the entire PSP lifecycle.
Understand the business and establish solutions to best leverage the complete payment structure (including crypto) and client experience with payments.
Partner with commercial and operations teams to plan a roadmap of solutions needed across brands and markets.
Lead and drive the company's crypto payments strategy.
Research, identify, outreach, perform due diligence, negotiate contracts, and onboard new payment solutions working with integrations team on commercial readiness.
Act as liaison with partner until go live, after which integrations team will manage ongoing relationship.

KPI's: Coverage of solutions, success rates, settlements, and cost efficiency.
Perform regular competition research and analysis.

You will support with shaping, influencing, and prioritizing the deliverables required for the team, to ensure KPIs are met.

You will develop the team's skills through the sharing of your knowledge and encourage their growth through exposure to new learnings/opportunities.
As the change champion for your team, you will ensure that the team is aware of any changes, and these are understood and embedded across the team.
You will be responsible for the full employee life cycle and ensure that any performance management issues are addressed.

Qualifications

  • University degree in economics, accounting, finance, IT, project management or in a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English at upper level is required (both verbal and written). Any additional language will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in any payment provider, financial institution, or payment institution is a must.
  • Understanding of how payment systems, acquiring, and settlements work is a must.
  • Experience within brokerage environment is an advantage.
  • Understanding of using cryptocurrencies as payment method in both B2B and B2C settings.
  • Computer literate - very good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively network with stakeholders, handle multiple tasks, and track and report on progress.
  • Previous experience in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in corporate management/administration will be considered an advantage.
  • Must be detail and result oriented, analytical, and organized as well as a self-starter with the ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, to work in a fast-moving environment and to meet aggressive goals with multiple competing priorities.
  • A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners.
  • Provide expertise and support to commercial, customer support, and partners teams regarding successful ratio of the implementation of various payment solutions with key strategic partners and merchants.
  • Utilize expertise on market knowledge and data analysis to contribute to our overall product and company success.
  • Experience managing a team and being involved in all parts of the employee life cycle.
  • Ability to translate the overall company strategy and apply it to the direction of your team.
  • Develop teams to create an environment of continuous learning and enhance engagement.
  • Lead a team to ensure that KPIs are met and to the level required.
