Job description / Role
We're currently working with one of the Big 4 to expand their Advisory team in Finance Transformation
Key responsibilities:
* Conduct the rollout of various ERP implementations.
* Aid leading organisations to improve their performance in the finance function.
* Manage projects to set up Shared Service Centres globally.
* Improve the management of people and deliver functional efficiencies.
* Drive processes and system improvements such as corporate service transformation.
* Assist in business development through frequent presentations and client meetings.
Requirements
Key requirements:
* Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or an equivalent qualification (PMP, CIMA, CPA or CFA).
* Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, of which 5-7 in top tier consultancies.
* Must have digital finance knowledge such as dashboarding and Robotic Process Automation.
* A proven track record of leading finance transformation projects ideally within the Energy, Power and Utilities sectors.
* Should have experience in finance operational models.
* Must have experience in cost reduction, budgeting, and large cost optimisation programmes.
* MENA based experience is a plus.
