Senior Manager - Program Management

Job description / Role

In this role, you will be a part of the Global Commercial Outcomes team, driving projects which deliver tangible financial outcomes for BHGE on Installed Base Monetization, Revenue, Profitability and Free Cash Flow domains. This will involve partnering with key functional stakeholders in the HQ, regions and product companies to define, prioritize and implement tools which provide tangible financial outcomes and influence beyond the scope of the immediate team to achieve the goals.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Understanding the process and systems relating to prospecting, fulfilment, invoicing and cash collection - including how data flows, key process milestones and intricacies/ complexities of data flows and processes and how this impacts revenue and free cash flow
• Partnering with key functional stakeholders in the HQ, regions and product companies to define, prioritize and implement tools which provide tangible financial outcomes
• Generating new insights using data to accurately achieve organizational priorities
• Coming up with innovative solutions using modern computing techniques like RPA, machine learning and AI
• Responsible for defining and executing programs, and tracking and monitoring key metrics to ensure milestones are met on time and on budget.
• Manages program / project / agile teams, including cross-functional staff or external consultants.
• Responsible for managing work deliverables, risk, and dependencies of the solutions using appropriate approaches including agile and water-fall strategies.
• Establishes governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence.
• Has financial responsibility and accountability for programs / projects
• Develops high-performing teams through functional and technical leadership skills. Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities, to direct/indirect reports within a broader team
• Will influence beyond the scope of the immediate team, potentially across multiple digital technology horizontals.
• Defines and implements processes for coordination and communication between organizations and with BHGE stakeholders.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience along with established leadership across the discipline and function

• Ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not 100% defined.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Configure Price & Quote (CPQ) tools, ERP modules (SAP & Oracle), SQL and Tableau would be of beneficial
