Senior Manager Projects (Visual Merchandising)

Job description / Role

The Company: Our client is a top name in the bathroom fittings and sanitary-ware industry.

JOB PROFILE:
- This person is an enabler of all VM projects, from start of works at site till the site is handed over to operations team.
- Work starts after the project is handed over by the back-end team (Design & Back-end Projects Team).
- This profile has functional reporting to HOD, VM based in India and administrative reporting to Business Head, International Business in Dubai.

For every project following will be deliverables:
- Pert Chart/Project Schedule Preparation
- On time mobilization of site
- Checking the quality of works at site basis the Materials Used, the cost incurred and the time taken
- Handover of the site in the given timeline
- Checking the bills and certification of the same
- Checking the bills basis the Measurement Book

Requirements

- 7-10 years of relevant experience in Construction, Interior Design, Architecture
- Education: Civil Engineering or Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management or Architect.
- Expertise of using AutoCAD
- Expertise to manage on-site works
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Expertise in Office programs and emailing.
- Experience in handling on site escalations
- Excellent Communication skills since dealing with external stakeholders
- Good convincing Skills with "How may I help you attitude" i.e. servicing attitude
- Attitude to follow win win approach leading to building and managing long term relationships
- Maturity to assess and handle situations
- Enthusiastic person who is proactive in work. Flexible and adaptable person
- A person who takes initiative
