Key responsibilities:

• Providing timely reviews and advice on all CPR regulatory compliance related matters.
• Escalate and raise any concerns identified resulting from the oversight undertaken on all regulatory matters.
• Comprehensive advisory support provided to stakeholders across the bank in the interpretation of various regulatory requirements; alignment with Group Compliance policies and procedures.
• Developed a robust process to record and track all requests from business and support functions.
• Manage the NPPA review process for compliance.
• Provide advisory support from regulatory compliance perspective, and coordination with other compliance units to collate a unified compliance view to assess each NPPA.
• Manage the compliance registers.
• Team development, training, mentorship, and guidance.

Skills and experience:

• Graduate degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in regulatory advisory.
• Banking experience.
• Additional compliance certifications.
