Senior Manager - Revenue Management (Aviation)

Charterhouse

Dubai, UAE

Ref: GP186-5887

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is presently working with one of our long-standing clients, within the aviation sector, whom are presently looking to recruit a Senior Manager of Revenue Management, whom will sit within their Revenue Optimisation department supporting a Senior Vice President.

The Senior Manager will take ownership across the analysis and development of price strategies and polices, across the network, whilst also developing the required business deliverables to provide the required route expansion targets, passenger capacities and fleet maximisation.

In conjunction with this operational undertaking, this role will also focus towards the continued agreement and development of Interlines and Codeshare; providing revenue-based analysis across both existing and planned network expansion whilst also maximising their hub utilisation.

This Senior Manager will also work closely with marketing and business development teams, to allow for the target of growth markets whilst aligning fleet, route and service offerings accordingly, to meet revenue growth targets via key price pointing, any supplementary fees/charges, overall passenger volumes and sales margins.

Requirements

The client is looking for an experienced, analytically-minded and commercially-savvy Revenue Manager, whom is able to demonstrate a track record within a legacy carrier operation, whilst also being able to strategically advise on both commercial and operational development areas and improvements.

This shall be coupled with an ability to deliver and provide a knowledge and insight to a “hybrid-type” airline model, within a diversification phase, to cater for ongoing agreements and feasible network/flight expansions. This has a strong impact and knock-on effect to the applicable talent pool; the successful candidate shall be required and expected to provide a knowledge of Revenue Management across these parameters and within the development cycle of an airline.

The role shall also demand a candidate whom can inherit and develop an existing team whilst being able to manage senior (and C-level) reporting lines across commercial, operational and sales/marketing business functions. The client is open to candidates internationally and applicants across global markets are encouraged.
