We are currently seeking an experienced human resource professional to join our Automotive - Talent Acquisition team in the capacity of Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition.
Overview of the role
This role is tasked to deliver the highest standards of Talent Acquisition for Al-Futtaim automotive. The role has 3 main dimensions of accountability and success:
- Co-creating TA strategy for the division with the Head of TA
- Leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners
- Delivering full cycle recruitment for executive roles.
What you will do
Talent Acquisition strategy:
- Co-creates TA strategy, mainly for executive hiring.
- Develops TA strategy for the LOBs that the incumbent leads.
- Creates TA process for executive and key hiring in the division.
- Team leadership
- Set the operating rhythm for the team reporting into this position
- Ensures performance management is executed according to company's standards
- Coach and guides team members
- Acts as DOA owner for the group of TA Partners led by the role
Full cycle recruitment for key roles:
- Proactively source and do market mapping exercises for key talent inside and outside the region, mainly from Automotive industry.
- Perform full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer for specific key roles in Automotive division.
Full cycle recruitment for Executive roles:
- Proactively source and do market mapping exercises for Executive talent inside and outside the region in the automotive industry.
- Manage Executive Stakeholders, including Automotive President for all executive hiring related matters (In partnership with Head of TA)
- Perform full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer for all Executive roles in Automotive division.

- Extensive knowledge and experience in sourcing processes and channels and client management
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Presentation skills

- Interviewing personal assessment skills

- Bachelor's degree minimum required
- Ideal candidate would have 10+ years' experience in talent acquisition
