Senior Manager - Total Rewards

What you'll deliver
- You'll be responsible for the design and delivery of remuneration policies
- You'll lead market studies and benchmarking exercises to review and improve the organizations Total Rewards framework in line with best practices
- You'll work to assess and monitor rewards policies and processes
- You'll continually work with Workforce Planning and Finance in the review of employee remuneration
Requirements
What you bring
- You will be educated to a Degree Level in a relevant field
- You should have at least 5 years' experience in the area of total rewards and remuneration
- Experience working with reward management systems
- Expert level Excel skills
