Job description / Role
We are looking for two (2) Senior Manager - Transformation, reporting to the Director of Transformation.
The roles are project based management positions aligned to the vision, mission and strategy of the organisation as a whole. The roles are strategic in their nature, focusing on leading transformation efforts and continuous improvement throughout Transguard Group. The post holders will actively lead the change management requirements of the business.
Requirements
Essential:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- PMP / Prince 2 or equivalent project management certification
- Experience of working in the manufacturing sector
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business
- ITIL Certification
- Business Analysis Certification
