Senior Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

The Senior Marketing Executive reports to the Marketing Director and is responsible for the following:
• Assist the Marketing Director in developing the overall Marketing Plan including the calendar of events and budgets.
• Assist the Marketing Director in tendering to appoint the right communication partners.
• Supervise the implementation of the Marketing initiatives and ensure they’re aligned with the Marketing plan and budgets.
• Coordinate with third parties; suppliers and agencies the implementation of marketing initiatives in line with the Marketing plan, objectives and strategy.
• Optimize work flow with agencies and suppliers and ensure deadlines are met.
• Take charge of all internal coordination, administrative work and financial procedures related to the marketing department
• Oversee all communication touchpoints such as website/ wayfindings and ensure they’re up to date.
• Coordinate branding support with retailers.
• Ensure documentation of all marketing initiatives including assessment reports and retailers’ feedback.
• Explore and build relations with potential strategic partners such tour operators, government organizations; hotels; airlines or other large entities.
• Explore and build relations with potential sponsors for key promotions in the mall.
• Develop good relationships with retailers and assist them with their requirements and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or Marketing
• Experience in retail/shopping mall environment
• Very dynamic and motivated
• Extremely structured and organized
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organisation and planning skills.
• Creativity and writing skills.
• Commercial awareness.
