Senior Marketing Manager - 35,000 AED

- Collaborate with our many Brand Marketing teams on Omni-Channel Marketing
- Lead, manage, grow and inspire our Email Marketing, Graphic Design and Copywriting teams initiatives and ensure that we deliver quality results on all business promises
- Distinguish between great and poor graphic design on the basis of the design principles and best practices that we care about
- Manage and refine our Graphic Design guidelines to ensure that we consistently deliver quality results that only improves over time
- Manage multiple email marketing campaigns for multiple brands, ensure campaign delivery that’s on-time, on-cost and on-quality, and follow through on sharing campaign performance with the right stakeholders
- Understand and appreciate what excellent and user-friendly copy looks like and ensure that our Copywriting team always delivers nothing less than this
- Be proficient with Google Analytics 360, be able to comfortably measure how our Marketing efforts are performing and suggest improvements accordingly
- Manage, nurture and grow vendor relationships
- Optimize costs wherever possible without compromising quality

Requirements

- 12/ 15 years marketing/ digital/ management experience
- Ecommerce companies or digital Marketing agencies background
- Entrepreneurial mentality
- Proven track record
- Great communicator
- Problem solver, leader, strong influencer and drive change
- Confident Manager
- E-Commerce experience
- Agency/ Digital
- Project experience
- Regional experience not necessary
