Employment: Full Time

The Senior marketing manager will be responsible to set the marketing development agenda and Go-to-Market strategy for all sales channels. He/she will lead the control agenda for the execution activities in conjunction with the Process and Control Owners (i.e. Sales team, Logistic & etc.).

Our client is a well established company in the region. This role is based in their Dubai office.

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible:
* To set the marketing development agenda for Go-to-Market strategy for all channels set the marketing development agenda for Go-to-Market strategy for all channels through short term annual operating plans and long term strategic plans
* To lead the control agenda for the execution activities in conjunction with the Process and Control Owners (i.e. Sales team, Logistic & etc.) to drive efficient and effective sustainable execution controls to ensure results.
* To develop the road-map/build future marketing strategy for the various business categories, and brands.
* To grow market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support.
* To provide project management and consulting for the Go-to-Market (GTM) system development projects in conjunction with the sales team.
* Responsible for brands profitability and P&L and ensure monthly reporting for Marketing KPIs.
* Project Management - ability to pull together, manage and lead cross-functional teams. Build critical paths, communicate clearly and maintain focus & momentum against key initiatives
* Organisational ability - managing a large workload, strong analytical skills
* Good knowledge of the business and excellent functional skills
* Strong Thinking Skills and Strategic Focus
* Strong strategic development skills
* Proven track record of operational leadership/results
* Understanding of use of insights/selling capability

Requirements

* A university degree and be computer literate
* Demonstrated functional expertise with FMCG Company for a minimum of 15 years, 2-5 in similar managerial role
* Very Good English and Arabic language skills
* Commercial awareness - strong knowledge of what's important/needed by Marketing to develop strategies and tactics and delivering very high standard execution
* Strong verbal and written communication as well as facilitation skills - Confidence to lead and direct discussion across all levels
* Relationship building skills and ability to influence - Ability to influence at all levels and build relationship with key stakeholders including Sales, Logistic and Procurement, HR and Finance (Cross-Function-Alliance)
