Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored for diverse real estate properties, aligning with market trends and consumer preferences.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify target demographics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and presentations, to attract buyers and investors.
• Plan and manage detailed content calendars for internal marketing efforts and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maintain cohesive communication strategies across all platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality content is published to enhance engagement and lead generation.
• Oversee agency-managed social media campaigns, providing strategic direction and ensuring deliverables align with brand goals.
• Review performance reports from agencies and implement adjustments to maximize ROI.
• Strategize credit allocation for property listings on portals, prioritizing high-impact projects and balancing mixed listings.
• Monitor leads from listings, create month-on-month credit renewal plans based on performance, and generate actionable reports with the listing team.
• Ensure all leads are accurately captured and tracked within the CRM system.
• Plan and execute email and drip campaigns, segmenting the client database to implement a funnel-based communication strategy.
• Develop broker engagement programs to ensure awareness of exclusive projects and drive registrations.
• Organize and execute broker events, ensuring optimal footfall and effective pre- and post-event communication plans.
• Foster long-term relationships with brokers through ongoing initiatives like incentive programs, training sessions, and recognition events.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics across digital, social, and event-based efforts, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on goals and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff, encouraging creativity and professional growth.
• Work closely with the sales team to design lead generation and conversion strategies that drive measurable results.

Industry Trends & Compliance

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand development.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO/SEM techniques.
• Analytical skills for market research, data analysis, and performance metrics evaluation.
• Experience in event planning, public relations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Creative skills in content creation and visual storytelling.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of the real estate market is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; an advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
