KBR is looking for a Senior Mechanical Commissioning Engineer with offshore site experience in MEGA EPC projects to be based in Abu Dhabi for a PMC project.

Experience required:

Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering is a must. Having a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the commissioning/operation readiness position with experience in the GCC region as preference. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position in oil & gas or petrochemical projects with preference for commissioning sour gas, hydrogen production, hydro-desulfurization projects.

• Review commissioning manuals issued by EPC contractor or vendors.
• Verify mechanical completion certificates requirements for various systems and subsystems.
• Participate in commissioning meetings and other related meetings.
• Participate in troubleshooting analysis to resolve commissioning obstacles.
• Verify the readiness of systems/subsystems for mechanical completion and ready for start-up certificates issuance.
• Monitor and approve the close out of punch lists in his area.
• Ensure completion and handover methodology is proceeding in compliance with related contractual documents.
