Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components for various projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to support project proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the drafting of detailed engineering drawings and documentation.
- Review and analyze technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Perform calculations, simulations, and tests to verify design performance and integrity.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring efficient execution and completion.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is an advantage.
