Senior Mechanical Engineer

Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who will oversee site supervision of mechanical systems for luxury residential and 5-star hotel developments, ensuring HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and specialist hotel systems are installed, tested, and commissioned to premium hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical construction works including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting.
• Ensure systems meet luxury hotel operational, acoustic, and comfort requirements.
• Review and approve mechanical shop drawings, method statements, and materials.
• Coordinate closely with architectural and interior fit-out teams.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and system performance verification.
• Resolve site coordination and installation challenges.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, safety standards, and brand requirements.
• Support snagging, commissioning, and final handover to hotel operators.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional certification or membership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality-grade mechanical systems and standards.
• 10–15 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Strong construction supervision experience on 5-star hotels and branded residences.
• Experience with luxury fit-out, testing, and commissioning is essential.
