We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Generator Engineer to join our growing team. The Senior Mechanical Generator Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of power generation systems, with a focus on generators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of power generation systems, with a focus on generators
• Review and approve technical drawings and specifications
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop cost estimates for new projects
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of power generation systems
• Develop and implement maintenance programs for existing power generation systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on power generation systems
• Strong knowledge of generators and related equipment
• Experience in project management and leading a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards
• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software
