Job description / Role
Large Regional Engineering Consultancy requires multiple Senior MEP Site Engineers to join there Site Supervision Services Team and work on a variety of prestigious projects throughout Dubai.
You will be the consultants main technical adviser on site Key responsibilities will include:
• Support Project Managers with managing client relations and expectations
• Support Project Managers with responding to client clarifications on technical and contractual issues
• Support Project Managers with organizing inspections by third parties, as needed
• Ensure client satisfaction with construction supervision services
• Attend internal and external project kick-off meetings
• Prepare the breakdown of all items on the BOQ
• Review material submittals
• Review all shop drawings
• Conduct a site inspection to ensure that the works are carried out as per the approved shop drawings
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or similar
• Have 10+ years of MEP experience in a construction / construction supervision function D
• Have at least 3+ years of experience in an engineering consulting company
• Have a minimum of 3- 5 years experience in the UAE
• Be municipality approved
• Have god written & verbal English
