In This Role, You Will:

- Adhere to the patching process and methodology, ensuring that all devices are patched within the defined SLAs
- Designs and operates the Windows 2012/2016 Server Solution
- Engineers and manages Active Directory with a focus on security
- Responsible for documentation: Creation and review of high-level-designs (HLDs) and low-level-designs (LLDs)
- Design, engineer, and operate MS Exchange 2016
- Responsible for Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, File Services management
- Create and execute the test plans for the testing and development environments
- Create the configurations for DNS Public domains
- Support and proactively administer the environment to prevent Incidents
- Manage and configure LDAP Authentication services
- Responsible to maintain physical servers
- Suggest improvements for performance, capacity, and scalability
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Collaborate with the Architects to understand upcoming application improvements, plan for changes, communicate back to the business
- Rack and device installations to best practice standards
- Manage implementation tasks, with attention to detail and while under pressure
- Experience of mentoring, training and teaching operational support personnel

Requirements

To Bring Your Dream To Life, You'll Need:

- 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft and enterprise IT related topics, for example virtualization
- E./ B.Tech. in information technology or B.Sc/ B.A. in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Technical Qualifications:

- MCSE mandatory
- VCP nice to have
- MCTS - Exchange/Skype for Business/SQL
