Senior Multimedia Designer

Job description / Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer to lead the creation of compelling visual content across digital, social, print, and video channels. This role requires a strong balance of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to ensure all outputs align with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of multimedia designs across digital, print, video, and motion platforms
- Develop and maintain brand-consistent visual assets for campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and events
- Produce and oversee video, animation, and motion graphics from concept to final output
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to translate briefs into effective visuals
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and quality control
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in multimedia or graphic design, with a strong portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and digital-first design
- Experience with paid media
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
