Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main Duties:
• Provides General Office Services by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies.
• Receive inquiries, review RFP Documents, Preparation of Proposals.
• Prepare and Finalize Contract Agreements.
• Monitor project progress and Accomplishments for Invoice purposes.
• Prepare and Issue Monthly invoices.
• Follow-up and Collection of pending Payments.
• Prepare Monthly Financial Closing reports.
• Prepare yearly Financial Budget Plan.
• Appointed Management Representative for ISO 9001, 14001 @ OHSAS 18001.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 5 years’ experience in any related field.
• Business Administration, Marketing and Communication.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.

Other Duties
• Handling Company Supplier/Vendor Registration
• Maintain Petty Cash system
• Provide Daily Employee Support
