Job description / Role
The function of the Passenger Experience Senior Officer is support the department build and maintain long-term relationships with passengers to ensure their continued allegiance to the Airports and their products or services.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION / EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, marketing/communication
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in guest management, hospitality, protocol and/or events
CERTIFICATIONS,KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Adequate training in protocol, diplomacy and/or hospitality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to asses and solve problems and provide mitigation plans for business activities and incidents
• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills in all aspects of the role with internal and external staff and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate communication skills qualities like Active listening / Teamwork / Responsibility / Dependability / Leadership / Motivation / Flexibility / Patience / Empathy
