Position Title: Senior Operations Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the client:
The hiring company is one of the well-known shipping companies in the UAE that offer first class ship management services to the owners of general cargo vessels and bulk carriers.

Job Role:
- Manage Operations Team activity by mainly handling a group of 5-6 team staffs
- Function as a Team Leader and reports directly to the CEO
- Ensure principal procedure and instructions are properly followed within specific required timing
- Build strong relations with commercial sales
- Maintain proper customers service handling to enable the team to achieve company and principal targets
- Oversee container control, repairs, and stock handling
- Perform other administrative tasks such as document filing and preparation of reports

Requirements

Requirements:
- Open to Indian nationals
- Male, 30 to 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in a shipping/logistics company
- Must have an excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a commercial thinking and initiative, confidence, and resilience
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
