Position Title: Senior Operations Supervisor
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client
A high-end car shipping logistics & company based in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Post documents via DHL to clients or shipping agents and put information on the C110 and the Warehouse Bond Schedules
• Update the Customs Tariff every month as well as monitor the RTA and customs regulations, record new changes and inform all relative parties
• Ensure that all aspects of company shipping & customs related documentation are generated correctly
• Advise and guide the Operations Assistants and Transport Vehicle Drivers
• Follow shipping methods for materials using the operations procedures;
• Resolve emergent issues for expedited deliveries to the customer
• Coordinate import/export of goods by scheduling containers to meet shipping demands
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino, Indian and Nepali nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Must have at least 3 years work experience in the same role
• Good knowledge about Dubai Custom System and regulations
• Immediate joiners will be prioritize
