Senior OTC Trader (FX/Stablecoin)

Job description / Role

Key responsibilities

Execute trades across fiat, stablecoins, exchanges, and OTC flows
Manage inventory, hedging, and risk exposure
Develop pricing strategies, spreads, and slippage controls
Monitor liquidity and market depth across venues
Build dashboards and analytics for P&L, slippage, fees, and inventory
Conduct backtesting, stress testing, and scenario analysis
Collaborate with engineering to automate trading and risk systems
Interface with institutional clients for quoting and market insights
Support trade settlement and reconciliation
Stay informed on macro, regulatory, and on-chain developments

Ideal candidate profile

5+ years of trading experience (crypto, FX, stablecoins), ideally with OTC or market-making background
Proven track record in managing or contributing to P&L
Strong grasp of market microstructure and exchange mechanics
Experience in trade operations and post-trade processes
Analytical, detail-oriented, and decisive under pressure
Excellent communication and risk management skills
