Job description / Role
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal, to join a fantastic multi-national professional services firm based here in Dubai.
This position would suit someone with prior experience as a Paralegal or a Junior Lawyer for 5 years and ideally has previous experience within a multi-national company. Key responsibilities will include undertaking assignments as instructed, general administration duties such as preparation of reports and legal documents and contracts/agreements as well as proof-reading and translations as required.
Requirements
You will be working extensively on contract law so experience with this is a must, as is complete fluency in English and Arabic – reading, speaking and writing.
The successful candidate will be flexible and have a real team spirit, be immaculately presented, have a confident and professional demeanour and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Complete proficiency in the Microsoft product suite and prior working experience within either a law firm or a corporate legal department in the Middle East region.
