Senior Partner - Top Tiered Law Firm - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Partner to join our prestigious top-tier law firm based in Abu Dhabi. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic legal professional to lead our firm's growth, drive strategic initiatives, and nurture client relationships in a thriving market. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage high-value client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional legal services.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the firm's presence and revenue in the region.
• Mentor and develop associates and junior partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee and manage complex legal cases, providing strategic guidance and direction to the legal team.
• Contribute to the formulation of the firm's strategic goals and operational plans, aligning them with market trends and opportunities.
• Participate in market networking activities and represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and best practices, maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years of legal experience in a reputable law firm, with a strong focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, or commercial litigation.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships with both local and international entities.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving successful outcomes.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a robust commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A passion for mentorship and professional development of junior lawyers and staff.
Salary:
AED
55,000 to 85,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
About the Company
Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
