Position Title: Senior Pastry Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and SC

About the Client:
On A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisines.
Job Description:
• Creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods, such as cakes, cookies, pies, and breads.
• Developing new recipes and menu items that appeal to customers and align with the restaurant’s brand and vision.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure that the pastry kitchen is fully stocked and prepared for service.
• Overseeing and training the pastry staff, including bakers and pastry assistants, to ensure that all baked goods are prepared to the highest standards.
• Maintaining the kitchen equipment and ensuring that it is in good working condition.
• Developing and implementing new techniques and trends in the pastry industry.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 38 years old and below
• Diploma or any relevant certificate
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in UAE
• Must have an experience in a fine dining (or Michelin starred) restaurant kitchen
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
