Status Real Estate is a property consultant firm specializing in Dubai's premium property market. We combine local expertise with innovative marketing to showcase the city's most distinctive properties, offering personalized service to discerning clients seeking exclusive homes and investment opportunities.

The role:
Drive our 7-figure marketing budget and connect global investors with Dubai's premium properties. Manage Meta, Google, and display campaigns to deliver quality leads at optimal CAC. This position reports directly to CMO.

Requirements:
• 3-5+ years managing $100K+/month ad spend
• REQUIRED real estate marketing experience
• Deep knowledge of Dubai property market and buyer personas
• TikTok, Meta Ads and Google Ads expertise
• Strong analytics skills
• Proven track record of 20%+ ROAS improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing with a strong track record of delivering measurable results, in real estate or a related sector.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable marketing insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation in marketing tactics.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
