Job description / Role
Initiate and manage the development of new initiatives into the market for the purposes of encouraging group commuting as well as ensuring best practices in the transportation market.

Description
* Maintain accurate and up to date information and records related to transport information
* Analyse the data sets related to transportation network and identify enhancement measures (short, medium and long term)
* Initiate tasks and projects related to better scheduling of transport networks and can enhance efficiency
* Analyse the key reports and data related to main key indicators and propose corrective actions
* Manage and prepare guidelines related to the scheduling systems
* Develop processes and tools that can improve the scheduling of buses and transport information
* Conduct data validation across different systems to ensure exporting accurate transport information to customers
* Ensure implementing effective efficiency measures to enhance the adherence to the schedules provided and better utilisation of resources
* Perform other responsibilities related to the position as appropriate.

Requirements
* Bachelor in Civil Engineering / computer from a recognised university
* Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches employees to meet high performance standards.
* Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organisational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
* 5 years of relevant working experience in Public Transportation
* Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
* Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
* Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
* Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinising, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
* Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Excellent knowledge in Buses Scheduling Software
* Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
