Tier 1 Main Contractor handling Major Buildings & Civil in the UAE from Airports, Shopping Malls , Super High-Rise & Metro works.

Are you a Intermediate Planner / Senior Planner based in the UAE with Build & Civil Engineering experience on 1 Billion AED type projects please READ ON.

Reporting into the Project Planning manager you will take responsibility for a large package of the Civil Works on site.

This scope ranges from Pre-Cast Elements, Reinforced Concrete Structures & Sub Structures, Shafts, Beams & Slabs. With 35 + Cranes on site the pours and sequencing for the concrete activity is off the scale. This project has a day shift & night so the critical path is key.

• Seen as Dubai's Premier contractor and hold a great reputation with the local supply chain and employees

Following is ESSENTIAL as per the clients wishes:

• Analytical, methodical approach to planning & engineering
• Degree Educated - Civil Engineering
• 5 years minimum UAE main contracting experience in a Planner / Senior Planner capacity
• P6 / Primavera software experience
• Delay Analysis experience and an interest to handling EOT's
• Able to client face if called upon
• Capable to handle a small team

You will be able to start employment before Mid February 2026 Latest !

Salary:
AED 23,000 to 27,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
