Job description / Role
- Coordinate& monitor all projects updates construction schedule of works using Primavera software for ongoing jobs.
- Labor histograms for job site and as well as overall manpower requirements coordination.
- Checks and prepares weekly/ monthly progress reports forecasts for management & clients.
- Checks and prepares monthly invoices for ongoing jobs for running payments and feeds it in the system.
- Prepares Company’s cash flow analysis (monthly/ yearly) report for management.
- Prepares recovery program of works for ongoing projects in case of delay.
- Monitors site progress for ongoing jobs in case of delay in progress – establish record with reasons for delay.
- Monitors, prepares and updates all programs for Engineering Works, if any, (Drawings submittals, building permits, etc., as per company’s procedures).
- Monitors/ Updates Progress and plans on the system.
Requirements
Nationality - ANY / Preferred Arab
Bachelor's degree - Civil Engineering
Experience - Min.7 years experience (Gulf)
Worked Projects - High Rise Buildings; Malls; University: Commercial Buildings
Languages - Fluent in English
