Responsibilities

Projects Planning

• Provide input for preparation of the budgets for capital projects and assist in the implementation of the approved budget and work plans to deliver project objectives. Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.
• Review and prepare summary schedules for all new projects based on alternative execution strategies to facilitate management decision regarding the most effective execution strategy.
• Develop project-specific planning, progress measurement, progress reporting, and other project control requirements and incorporate them into the respective tenders and agreements for various projects (Pre-FEED, FEED, PMC, EPC).

Technical / Resources Evaluation

• Participate in the evaluation of the technical bids received from consultants and contractors (PMC, Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC) to ascertain compliance with the specified requirements, assess adequacy of the resource requirements, and review the relevant portion of the technical evaluation report as well as finalize the relevant portion of the agreement document subsequent to award.
• Review and analyze all submittals from Pre-FEED, FEED, PMC, and EPC contractors and consultants during the implementation stage relating to planning, scheduling, progress measurement, reporting, schedule risk analysis, and productivity, taking into consideration the agreement requirements, project priorities, and plant shutdown requirements.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable and recognized university.

Experience

• Relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
