Senior Planning Engineer

Qualification
• Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed University with Sound Academic Merits.
• Competency in Primavera 6 and updated versions are a must.

Experience & Skills
• Over 10 years and candidate with GCC or International experience over 3 years as Project Planning Engineer in Contracting Companies.

• Candidates should be currently working in UAE

• Age Limit 30 - 45 Years

• Extensive hands-on experience as a Project Planning Engineer in planning, scheduling, Construction of high valued High Rise Towers or Commercial Building Projects such as Malls, Hospitals, Warehouses or Infrastructure Projects such as Roads & Bridges, Metro, Water & Sewage pipe lines, Pumping Stations, Reservoirs Projects in GCC Countries.
• Experienced in minimum of two major projects at the capacity of Project Planning Manager or similar position with Sound knowledge of construction planning & Management skills on Project over QR. 500 Million.
• Should have sound knowledge of various Delay Analysis Methodology for extension of time claims.
• Knowledge of Resource Productivity, Monitoring, Forecast and capable of generating various Analytical Reports and Earned Value Reports for Management’s Review.
