Senior Planning Engineer - Fit Out

Our client is a leading Fit Out Contract based in Dubai, UAE. It has a diverse portfolio across various sectors such as commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.

The Position

The position of Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for leading the 2-3 fit out projects and reporting to the Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project timelines and schedules.
• Oversee budget management for each project.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure plans meet client requirements.
• Procure necessary materials and equipment for projects.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Address any issues or delays that arise during project execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols on-site.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Document project progress and maintain accurate records for future reference.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of construction planning methodologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Previous experience in fit out construction projects, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region.
• Strong leadership skills, adept at motivating teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project success.
• Hold a relevant industry degree
