Senior Private Equity Manager - Investment

Job description / Role

Our client, a large holding company, is urgently looking for a Senior Private Equity Manager for their Investment Team. In this role, will work on companies in a wide range of industries on potential investments, acquisitions, analysis of potential exit opportunities, and the monitoring of current portfolio companies. You will be involved in transaction due diligence, valuation analysis, and the negotiating of contracts and other agreements. The relatively small size of this group offers the job holder the opportunity to work closely with senior members of the firm and to have extensive interaction with management teams and external advisors.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Investment research.
• Financial analysis, valuation, and modeling.
• Industry and competitive analysis.
• Business diligence.
• Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use.
• Assistance in the execution and financing of transactions.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• With minimum 10 years of experience in private equity
• With background in the UAE / GCC market
• Have strong experience in GCC
• Additional certification/qualification other than a bachelor degree
• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi
