Job description / Role
My client, an international law firm is seeking an experienced law firm PRO to join as Senior PRO. They need someone who has already worked for one of the leading regional law firms or an international law firm in the UAE.
It is essential they have the following:
• Have experience in Company Formations
• Familiar with the Dubai Free Zones
• Setting up companies and licensing in different few zones
• Communicating and coordinating with all of the government ministries
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant area
• English must be to a good standard. Arabic is not essential
• The candidates should be willing to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Should demonstrate following skills
• Strong background of UAE Labor Law
• Proficient typing skills in English
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively, particularly with local government bodies
• Knowledge and experience on the portal system usage of all government authorities
• Have experience in Company Formations
• Familiar with the Dubai Free Zones
• Setting up companies and licensing in different few zones
• Communicating and coordinating with all of the government ministries
• Knowledge, intellectual capacity, reasoning and analytical skills in all areas of work in the U.A.E / regionally
• Extensive experience along with strong interpersonal skills and a team based approach
• A quick analytical mind with the ability to think laterally and creatively to resolve problems
• Strong organizational skills together with the ability to prioritize
• The ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) with a wide range of people in English
• Well versed in the use of IT with the ability to work with different legal and other resource management software
