Job responsibility:

• Responsible for the engineering activities of Operator Training System (OTS) to provide value-added engineering solutions.
• Ensure successful completion of design; achieve desired quality to meet all design review and internal audit requirements.
• Manage project schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Delivery of model sections for integration.
• Working to specification for model areas.
• Participate in OTS project validation and witness testing.

Job qualifications & experience:

• Minimum of 10 years work experience in the field of OTS domain.
• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. Master's degree is preferable.
• Hands-on experience for commissioning OTS & Digital Twin in refining, petrochemical, and polymer process units.
• OTS implementation experience in OmegaLand software would be an added advantage.
• APC implementation experience in Yokogawa APC software PACE would be an added advantage.
• PetroSIM implementation experience would be an added advantage.

Job skills & competencies:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Knowledge of working on DCS platforms.
