USD8000 total salary plus medical and flight
On behalf of our client a leading local oil and gas company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Senior Procurement Specialist.
Reporting to the Procurement Lead you will be responsible for ensuring maximum value is derived from purchase expenditure, ensuring continuity of supply while minimizing inventory investment, handle purchase of moderate to large value items often of a complex technical nature and conduct negotiations with local and international vendors for assigned purchases.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be degree educated in a relevant discipline, have ten years purchasing experience in the oil and gas industry, experience handling high value complex procurement agreements and be a firm negotiator.
