Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a well-respected, multinational FMCG company, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager. The Senior PM will use product management to analyze and cover the product-necessities of the brand across the region.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, propose and align, with RTC Product Management Team in Head Quarter, our product-necessities in each market in the Region
- Product segmentation and pricing structure responsibility to assure competitiveness and profit according company targets
- Price request (extra-promos, projects quotations, etc.) approvals according to company profit targets
- Create and lead a team to delegate responsibilities according the different roles and assure the right execution on time (Product / Training / Approvals)
- Market share targets per product / brand / markets (quarterly and yearly) delegation according to company strategy
- Define a weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and the respective meetings to follow the team performance
- Look for opportunities (GFK analysis, channels, others) into the different markets to continue improving the business
- Cross-working with other areas/departments to look for synergies to achieve company goals
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports to provide to Management
- Motivate and energize his team to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients
Requirements
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering required (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years’ experience in product management (people management will be a must)
- Consumer goods experience is requested
- Team leadership experience
- Hands-on
- Strategic approach
- Business vision
- Experience in: Pricing, Product Training, market analysis
