Job Purpose:

• Grow wallet share of CBD Premium Cards in the market while maintaining product profitability.

Principal Accountabilities:

Strategy & Value Proposition:

• Implement cards business strategy with focus on the HNI / Affluent Segment via the premium cards product
• Research cards segments, develop propositions with focus on market relevance and product profitability.
• Work together with the Private Banking Team to increase the product penetration within the desired segment and develop product basis customer feedback.
• Safeguard Bank's interest and reputation through robust controls / contracts while driving the commercial benefits in line with the overall business strategy.
• Keep the card members engaged through regular customer communication and offers to ensure the CBD card remains as top of the wallet card.
• Lead ongoing product developments and market fit analysis initiatives. Interface with appropriate third parties to identify, and develop new products. Identify opportunities for product enhancements and implement product line extensions.
• Manage the fulfillment process of all third party services and ensure there is no process and control lapse or customer dissonance originating as a result of the same.
• Provide oversight and problem resolution across a range of support functions including but not limited to Operation, RMs and Customer Service.
• Work under pressure, ability to structure and synthesize business issues rapidly, coordination and influencing a diverse suite of stakeholders, optimal usage of resources against a complex and ambitious set of business deliverables and objectives
• Liase with internal stakeholders and resolve any discrepancy in a timely manner
• Maintain CBD as the top of the mind Bank for credit card requirements
• Deliver month on month growth in the product performance metrics including new cards issued
• Identify and execute on cross sell opportunity for bank products
• Relationship Management
• Maintain cordial professional equation with the Private Banking RMs
• Manifest self as a problem solver
• Work hand in glove to grow business originating from the RMs and the sales team
• Be the front face of the Product with the cross-functional stakeholders MIS
• Develop and maintain appropriate MIS to keep an eye on daily business movement
• Timely correctional activity to be initiated in case of anomaly in the overall quality of business
• Monitor cross sell activity wherever available
• Track any complaints / requests originating for the Product

• Minimum Bachelor's / Master's degree
• Minimum 3 to 5 years years in a relationship management role
• Cards Business Knowledge

An Emiri Decree issued by His Highness the Late Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the founder of modern Dubai, laid the cornerstone of Commercial Bank of Dubai.
